User Agreement

Effective date: January 29, 2026

1. Applicability

These Terms set out the rules governing the provision of services and the organization of events by nomoreflights in Greece. By accessing our services or participating in any event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, use of the services is not permitted.

2. Reservation Process

Event bookings are confirmed in accordance with the following procedure:

  • Requests are submitted via email or telephone communication
  • A reservation becomes binding once a deposit of 30% of the selected package price has been received
  • To ensure scheduling availability, reservations should be made no later than 14 days prior to the planned event
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event date

3. Cancellations and Changes

Our policy for cancellations and schedule modifications is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the event qualify for a 50% refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable
  • Changes to the event date may be arranged with nomoreflights, subject to availability and mutual agreement

4. Rules for Event Participation

All participants are required to observe the following guidelines during events:

  • All games and activities are provided strictly for entertainment purposes
  • No real currency is used; all chips and tokens have no monetary value
  • In the event of a disagreement, decisions made by dealers or event staff are final
  • Courteous and respectful conduct toward staff and other guests is mandatory

nomoreflights reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual who fails to comply with these rules.

5. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, nomoreflights shall not be held responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings not directly supervised by our staff
  • Outcomes arising from inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive conduct by participants
  • Interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events

6. Processing of Personal Data

Any personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR. Detailed information regarding data use and individual rights is available in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including text, visual materials, logos, images, and software, is owned by nomoreflights or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications and Governing Law

nomoreflights reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Any matters not expressly addressed in these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Greece.
